Web-based Record Keeping System
designed for use by public Montessori programs.

    MontAlign offers state of the art online record keeping systems to public Montessori schools to help you organize your students and teachers in one area. MontAlign is very easy to use and has the following features:

• Classroom lists sort by gender, age, grade.
  
• Teachers and administrators can keep up to date on current enrollment as well as male to female, and age ratios.
  
• Skills can be aligned to state standards.
  
• Standards of all states can be imported and updated as the standards change.
  
• Montessori skill sets can be updated and changed to fit the needs of the school.
  
• Faculty members are assigned to classrooms as head teachers, assistants, specialists, administrators, or global teachers to cover students in more than one classroom.
  
• Administration settings can be set to see a global view, or limited to data entry of phone numbers, names, addresses, etc.
  
• Schools with more than one campus can transfer students from one campus to another.
  
• Teachers can assign each student to the next skill set as they move up through the curriculum.
  
• Faculty records are also part of Montalign. Administrators have easy access to education, certification, and licensure records. Teachers can be reminded to update licenses.
  
• Montalign provides individual student testing records of mandated standardized tests and other school wide assessments to easily see yearly progress, lexile scores, grade level performance.
