All of the movies in the Video Library are formatted with Apple's QuickTime .mov format. Both Mac and Windows Users will need to upgrade to Apple’s QuickTime 7 to play the movies.

This is the native format of MS Word. We ask that you format your documents to .doc format and NOT .docx.
