The following qualifications and requirements will be necessary for charter schools and their educators to participate.
- The charter school must hold a current charter status within the State of Florida. The charter school must be listed with the Florida Department of Education as an active school.
- Educators must use their school's email address to sign up for the video library. If the school does not have an email system that indicates the name of the charter school in its address, the principal or administrator must submit an annual list of qualifying educators and administrators. This list must include the school's letterhead and signature of the principal or administrator. The list must be submitted by August 15th before each school year begins. Submissions by email should be sent as a .PDF file. This list should include the educators' names, positions and email addresses. Once this is received, educators on the list will be allowed to sign up.

- The term of membership for the Library will be for a period of 1 year from the date of registration. After the initial term, individual educators must annually show proof of employment with the qualified school. Proof of employment must be a letter from the administrator of the school supplied on school letterhead. This document may be faxed, mailed or sent via emailed as a .PDF file.
- Once registered, educators may sign up for any of the available courses at the current discounted rate. Please note that prerequisites may be needed for enrollment in certain courses.
